Children quickly develop to judge food not only by taste but by texture, appearance and smell. Therefore, eco rascals™ have created a plate for all stages of little rascals feeding, which is where the removable divider section and suction plate comes into play.
It has been purposefully designed to give you the option to serve food in sections during times of ‘fear response’ to food and fussy eating. The sections allow the introduction of new food to seem less daunting. Section plates are also brilliant for supporting parents to serve up nutritionally balanced meals. However, not all family favourite meals need three sections and around the 4 year mark, some children deem section plates to be for little kids. This is why the divider is removable.

The eco rascals™ plate grows with your little one – the divided sections encourage them to try out new foods and once they have started eating full meals, the dividers can be removed easily. This makes the plate ideal for fussy eaters who don’t like their food touching, as they progress their tolerance and willingness to explore new textures.
We like that the durable silicone makes the plate appealing to look at and it is very sturdy and flexible, making it difficult to damage. The suction on the bottom of the plate also makes food less likely to end up on the floor! The silicone material dries off quickly and washes up well in the dishwasher, making it easy to clean and store too.
