“I got it right on the sun! Woo 100 points!” – Boy aged 6
What our experts think
Our testers were transported to prehistoric eras and across the Milky Way while launching their balls and competing against family and friends. Laughter and excitement filled the room when a ball landed on the sun, in the mouth of a T-Rex, or when someone broke their “high score” record. Repeat play and sustained attention was high with this game, and many parents reported it was a favourite among their children (and themselves).
The simplistic, lightweight and easily portable design was a feature that was appreciated all around and allowed testers to independently hang up and manoeuvre the dartboard. While engaging with this game, children are able to enhance their math skills, refine their eye-hand coordination, and further develop teamwork via cooperation and turn taking. This dartboard would be the perfect addition to a classroom for a small group math lesson, for an independent play activity, or for a family game night where learning mixes with fun.
