This sensory puzzle stimulates the senses and helps baby develop the muscles in their fingers and hands as they pick up the animal shapes and fit them in the holes. The pieces are a good size and easy for small hands to grip.
Our testers liked that the puzzle offered lots of variety, as little ones could explore the different textures, practice matching the animal to its shape and also identify different animals and their noises. They found it worked best when an adult showed baby how to do it first, with them copying and progressing to place the shape themselves.
